We offer Free delivery to the Isle of Wight
We dispatch five days a week from the island. Everything comes minimally packaged with brown recycled paper. We pack each box with the least amount of waste possible, whilst ensuring safe transit. Please wait at least twenty four hours from time of dispatch confirmation before inquiring about a package.
We use locally sourced sustainable timbers, using a mainland timber company (English Woodland Timber Ltd) All timer is FSC Approved. Although each object is described and photographed to the best of our ability, by using natural materials each product may bear unique marks. If you receive an object and it is not as you hoped, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right.
If you would like to exchange an object, please contact us at email@example.com within ten days of receiving the package. We will send you a exchange/return authorization form that must be filled out and included in your package.
Items must be shipped back in the condition in which they were received - with the original tags and packaging.
Please note additional shipping charges may apply, and will be responsibility of the customer. If you are an International customer, please note that you will be responsible for the duties and taxes, should they arise.
We will gladly accept returns on objects in new, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. If you would like to return an object please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within ten days of receiving your order. We will send you a exchange/return authorization form that must be filled out and included in your package.
You may return your item for store credit or full refund of the amount which you paid at purchase time. Custom and personalized products are not returnable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping to our Isle of Wight workshop
Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment and will post approximately three days after the date of processing.
Returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our workshop, so please make sure they are packed properly and cannot get damaged on the way. All goods will be inspected on return.
If the object received is damaged, please contact us at email@example.com within forty eight hours and include a photograph of the damage incurred. Some marks to wood products may simply be marks of the woods past life and are not considered damage. If you receive an object and it is not as you hoped, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right.

Final sale and custom work (including engraving) may not be returned or exchanged. Final sale items will be clearly marked.
